Looking back on his journey, Ron has a piece of advice for newer employees eyeing a long-term journey with the company: embrace the opportunities the ESOP provides. Life Beyond the Workplace

Outside of work, Ron enjoys working on and appreciating special interest automobiles, exploring antique treasures, and discovering new restaurants. A beach vacation is also among his preferred ways to unwind from the daily hustle.

Ron’s Favorites

Ron's favorite food includes steak and barbecue. If he could swap lives with a cartoon character it would be Wile E. Coyote. Ron admires the resilience of the character, who, despite constant setbacks, always bounces back to face new challenges.
