RNZ Weld Nut

The slim, clean lines of the stainless steel RNZ weld nut, with its self-locating pilot, has earned wide acceptance among designers of metal products. The RNZ nut has a pair of rib projections which are precisely located on either side of the threaded hole. This feature assures equal strength when tension is against the weld.

A precision pilot greatly speeds feeding by locating itself quickly and positively in the hole. As a result of the pilot being held to close tolerances, the RNZ nut is ideal for extreme accuracy demanded in automated production lines. The RNZ nut also has good thread depth providing strong secure thread engagement
